Dr. ELENA GRANELL has coached executives, corporate senior and middle managers from 10 different nationalities across three continents (South America, North America and Europe) and from several industries (banking, information and media, electrical, telecommunications, food, pharmaceutical, oil, iron and aluminum). Elena holds a Ph.D in Psychology at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry of the University of London. She is certified in diverse leadership and psychological instruments including Hogan Assessments, Decision Styles, and various 360 and CCL instruments.  She is fluent in Spanish and English.
