Elena holds a Ph.D in Psychology at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry of the University of London. She is certified in diverse leadership and psychological instruments including Hogan Assessments, Decision Styles, and various 360 and CCL instruments.  She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Spain - David Hudnut, international management consultant, has been living and working in Europe for the last seventeen years. After 11 years in Germany he now lives in Spain. In his consulting practice, David draws upon his work experience in manufacturing, electronics, and banking where he developed capabilities in strategic planning, product management, sales (selling, sales management and training), customer service initiatives, and culture change initiatives. His business experience enables him to grasp the essential aspects of the challenges facing today's business leaders. He draws upon his experience as an employee of Siemens AG where he was in charge of all training, consulting and conflict management related to intercultural communication issues on the Germany/USA interface. While a manager at Citibank he focused on corporate culture change.  He received his Master’s Degree from Columbia University in New York. He is certified in Hogan Assessments, Decision Styles, Conflict Dynamics, MBTI and several 360 including CCL Benchmarks.  He is fluent in Spanish, French, German, English.
Brussels – Alberic Augeard has over 20 years of experience in leadership development roles as an executive, an internal and external consultant, coach, facilitator, and course designer. He has worked extensively in Europe as well as in North America, Middle-East, and Asia, helping develop leaders and executives from many global organisations including bio-pharmaceutical, engineering, oil & gas, finance & insurance, aerospace, transportation, construction, chemicals, telecoms, food, logistics industries as well as public sector.  Albéric specializes in coaching people through transitions; developing their potential and finding their own individual, effective leadership style. Previously, Albéric was a change programme manager at Pfizer Europe, and a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand in Paris. An Engineering degree in Computer Science (Polytech’Montpellier, France), a Masters degree in Audit & Consulting (ESCP Europe Business School, Paris, France) and a second masters degree in Organizational Design & Effectiveness from the Fielding Graduate University (USA).  He is fluent in French and English.
