Hogan provides a number of reports that do not require full certification to use.  However, they do require training which is offered by NTS regularly.  These training sessions are most often virtual.
Career Hogan Personality Report

The Hogan Career report identifies how a person will act in various business circumstances.  It identifies strengths and shortcomings, and includes detailed tips to help in career management. Provides early career advice based on strengths and shortcomings.

Hogan Values Compass Report
