The new Talent Profile report is an analysis of ten competencies for High Potential Identification, Selection and Development Assessments. Click on the image to download the sample report.
The report is based on the three short or long reports - Hogan HPI Traits, HDS (Derailers), MVPI (Leader Values). It's a mathematical algorithm but it can’t always be explained precisely.
The report is divided up in the four competency leadership domains (domains are clusters of typical high potential competencies): 1- Business, 2- Leadership, 3- Interpersonal,
4- Intrapersonal.
These ten domains are then ranked with a Green: Exceeds, Blue: Meets, Yellow: Below. This is the final Rating using validated cut off scores for leaders and high potentials.
